Chill Out Brownie Recipe
These easy, gluten-free, stress-free brownies are a favorite, low carb, great tasting treat. You can freeze them and save them for later call them out with your favorite ice cream, or share to spread holiday cheer.
Preheat oven to 350°
Cooking Time: About 25 minutes
Spray an 8 x 8 baking pan with cooking spray I prefer glass for brownies distributes heat better, but metal will also work.
Set up the butter mixture first: Melt the butter, and CBD squares first and mix it with the sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract, set aside.
Mix the dry ingredients with a whisker
Add eggs and the butter mixture one by one then slowly fold the dry mixture into the butter mixture. After you mix it together place in your baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes. Be sure to watch your brownies as oven heating times can vary.

1/2 cup smart balance unsalted butter
3/4 cup Gluten free flour mix (with xanthan gum)
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder
2 squares of 40 Acre CBD or Delta 8 chocolate squares
2 large eggs
1 tablespoon of pure vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
Serving size: About 9 mini brownies/ 10 calories each.
